Q). I signed up but haven’t been given my login information!
A). When you signed up you entered an email address, there may be a slight delay in you getting the email but your username and password will be emailed to you. Remember to check your spam folder too and if not use the contact us page and include your email you used to signup with and we will email you it!
Q). How do i add these proxies into tool/software X Y and Z?
A). When you login in the membership area we have a “tutorials” page, click that and we show you how to add it into lots of different tools and software’s. If not you can also login and visit the proxy link directly and simply copy and paste them!
Q). I seem to be getting a low number of GOOD Proxies.. Why?
A). It depends what software you are using to check them and how they are checked, the scripts we use to test the proxies are all custom and update the list every 5 minutes live for everyone. The checking process we use is similar to scrapebox’s checking and so if you have only a few hundred good proxies and need more then wait 5 minutes and add in the new proxies to the list to check and you will have a few hundred more every 5 minutes 
Q). I have my username and password but seem to be having problems logging in…
A). Please first use the “lost password” function and then if that doesn’t work use the contact us page and email us with your login name and email and we will manually change your password for you!
Q). I paid/just finished my 7 day trial and cant access the proxies!
A). Unfortunately there is a slight delay in this part updating if you have cancelled or the payment from paypal comes out slightly late etc… give it a bit of time and it should work! If not then use the contact us page and let us know and we will look into it for you
